We started LearningUnify because learning data deserved the same care organizations give to financial data, and it was not getting it.
Why we exist
Every LMS migration we saw lost something. Every audit took a week of manual joins. Every AI pilot in learning stalled on the same question: where is the data and can we trust it? LearningUnify was founded in 2026 in France to give enterprise learning teams a neutral, governed layer that outlives any single platform.

Founder
Margaret founded LearningUnify after years of watching learning operations and HR technology teams rebuild the same records by hand after every platform change. She leads the company's product direction and works directly with early customers on migrations and compliance programs.

Lineage is not optional
A number without a trace back to its source is an opinion.
Neutrality is the product
We do not sell an LMS, so we have no reason to favour one.
